My name is Andriy! Local Heating and Air is a small, family-owned business established in 2019.

I have 15 years of experience in the trade. I’ve worked on all kinds of unit brands over the years and trained our team with the knowledge I have. Before starting my own business, I was an employee and saw how some companies took advantage of homeowners by overcharging them for services and sometimes not being honest about the original issue with their HVAC system. Instead of repairing a simple problem, they would sell a new system to them.

It wasn’t right, and I decided to become an HVAC contractor who would be honest, fair with prices, and fast to respond. Every client we do a job for is always left satisfied with our service.

Local Heating and Air is a small, family-owned business established in 2019. I am Andriy, and with 15 years of experience in the HVAC industry, I have personally serviced and trained our team on a wide array of unit brands.

Prior to establishing my own business, I observed certain companies engaging in deceptive practices, overcharging homeowners or misrepresenting issues, frequently advocating for new system installations rather than straightforward repairs. Such conduct was unacceptable.

Consequently, I chose to become an HVAC contractor committed to integrity, equitable pricing, and prompt service. Our objective is to ensure complete client satisfaction with every service rendered.

With a pregnant wife at home I wanted to get the unit back up and running ASAP. Andriy picked up on the first ring and told me he would be there in 30 minutes. Once he arrived he had our unit up and running within 20 minutes. He was professional every step of the way and his pricing was very competitive. I can’t recommend him enough!
